Day Pass Rates

We offer the option for non-members to purchase a day pass that will give them access to our facility amenities that include all workout areas, Group Exercise classes and court space for $24.50. Members may purchase discounted day passes for $15 for guests to use either with the member in attendance or if they purchase the pass prior to the guest's visit.

Membership Hold

We offer members the option to put their membership on hold for however many months they need. Each month that the membership is on hold costs $10 and is pre-paid upfront. If you wish to place your membership on hold please log into your account and submit the hold request. If there are any questions about membership holds please email sherwood@ymcacw.org.

Membership Cancellation

If you're not completely satisfied with your membership and/or if you need to cancel for any reason, please log into your account and submit the cancellation request. When a membership is canceled, the member forfeits their full joining fee. Should the member wish to rejoin, they must reapply and pay all applicable joining fees and current monthly dues. A cancellation request must be made through a member’s online account at least 5 business days prior to the draft date in order to stop Electronic Funds Transfers for the following month. If personal items are left on YMCA property after the membership has been canceled, the items will be donated to a worthy cause. The YMCA reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of membership or the provision of services. If there are any questions about membership cancellations please email sherwood@ymcacw.org.
