Free for Members! This orientation is for ages 8-13 and will teach proper warm-up, cool-down, stretching, and the use of the cardio machines. Once the training is complete, a completion record is recorded in the youth's account. Register

Youths age 12–13 will be empowered in their wellness journey after three one-hour sessions with a trainer. We cover gym safety and etiquette, heart rate monitoring, and education in cardio fitness and strength training, focusing on machines and body weight exercises. We also demonstrate and practice balance, flexibility, and stretching techniques. Register
After completion, youth will be allowed on the Healthy Living Floor unaccompanied by a parent or guardian. Register
