The Y is pleased to provide two Personal Training Sessions:
- 30 Minute Personal Training Session with a Certified Personal Trainer
A Personal Trainer works with you to develop a personalized workout plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
- 60 Minute Personal Training Session with a Certified Personal Trainer
A Personal Trainer works with you and designs a personalized workout program to help you achieve your fitness goals
Youth Training Packages
Youths aged 12 to 13 will be empowered in their wellness journey after three one-hour sessions with a trainer. We cover gym safety and etiquette, heart rate monitoring, and cardio fitness and strength training education, focusing on machines and body weight exercises. We also demonstrate and practice balance, flexibility, and stretching techniques.
