Sherri C.

Sherri loves being part of the YMCA community and is passionate about helping others feel confident in their fitness journey. She is a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Barre, Boxmaster, Cycle, and group fitness. As the Healthy Living Coordinator, she enjoys leading a dedicated team of trainers and instructors. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group classes, she’s committed to supporting and motivating members every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing board games, and spending time with her husband and family.

Brandy H.

Brandy is a NASM-certified personal trainer who has been with the YMCA for 11 years. Her fitness journey began after having three kids, inspiring her to get back in shape and help others do the same. Brandy loves making workouts fun and enjoys working with people of all ages in both one-on-one and small group settings. Outside the Y, she enjoys family time at the beach, hiking, exploring new places, and visiting Disneyland as often as she can!

Keslie J.

Like many moms, Keslie felt a bit lost after COVID while raising a toddler. Walking into the YMCA became a turning point—what began as a search for balance grew into a life-changing journey. With support from her trainer and the Y community, she gained strength, confidence, and belonging. Since then, she’s lost over 50 pounds, earned multiple fitness certifications, and now has the privilege of working at the Y. She’s passionate about helping others feel empowered and supported in their wellness journey.

Zoe P

Zoe is a personal trainer who is passionate about helping others reach their goals and feel strong and confident in their bodies. Her focus is on empowering people to build lasting strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness, meeting each client where they are in their journey. Outside of training, she loves being active in the outdoors—whether paddle boarding, hiking, or swimming—or simply relaxing with a good book.

Jillian P.

Jillian has been passionate about fitness since childhood, growing up with two personal trainers as parents and learning early that strength fuels speed. A former varsity track captain and collegiate sprinter, she also became a certified ski instructor, developing a strong understanding of form and body mechanics. After becoming a mom in 2020, Jillian discovered her purpose in helping other moms reconnect with fitness and confidence. She holds the YMCA Foundations of Strength & Conditioning Certificate and brings an energetic, supportive approach to every workout. For Jillian, fitness is all about camaraderie, laughter, and shared effort—because every workout is better together.

Mariah G.

Mariah is passionate about women’s health and helping people stay accountable to their fitness goals. Her commitment deepened six years ago when she joined a supportive fitness community—a mental and physical anchor during challenging times. Inspired by her mom’s osteoporosis diagnosis and focusing on her health postpartum, she realized personal training was her calling. She completed an ambitious half-marathon in 2024 and now empowers others, coaching numerous friends to train and run. Mariah moved to Vancouver in 2023 with her husband and daughter. They enjoy trips to the zoo, long walks along the water, and exploring local eateries and events. “I’m excited to be a part of the YMCA community.”

Braedon M.

Braedon began his self-improvement journey three years ago, motivated to be more active and explore new passions after the COVID era. What started as helping a few friends in the gym quickly became a calling to guide others toward healthier, stronger lives. Growing up in a fitness-focused family—a personal trainer mom and a powerlifting dad—Braedon found the perfect place to grow as a trainer at the Y, where he helps others build confidence and achieve their goals. Outside the Y, you’ll often find him hiking local trails, swimming, petting every dog he meets, or feeding the neighborhood cats.

Julie P.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor's in organizational communication and a minor in Psychology, along with Associate Degrees in Child Development and Fitness Training. Julie is an NSCA Certified Fitness Trainer, AEA Certified Aquatic Fitness Professional, and Arthritis Certified Instructor, teaching at the Clark YMCA for over 10 years. She enjoys reading murder mysteries, writing short stories, camping in her RV, and exploring history. Julie lives with her husband, two kids, three dogs, and two cats, and she’s learning more about gardening each year—this year includes growing onions and garlic for the first time.

Harlie is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about functionality of the body and maintaining strength, mobility, and overall health. Creating a lifestyle that emphasizes the importance of exercise, nutrition, mental health, and rest is important to Harlie when coaching her clients. She has worked with individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, genders, and unique goals. She will be dedicated to meeting you where you are at, listening to your goals, and helping you through guidance and support to achieve them. Harlie is the new HL Coordinator specializing in PT and Small Group Training.

Jodie has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009 and holds certifications in multiple formats that include Strength Training, HIIT, Yoga Fusion, Core, Nutrition, and Foam Rolling. These certifications give her a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
