It's Time to Register

School Year

We begin accepting all new joining families registration forms starting Apr. 1 and in mid-June, we will let families know if they were able to get a spot for the upcoming school year.

All families (including current participants) wishing to take part in our Before and Afterschool Enrichment programs need to be registered by mid-August each year in order to have students participate in before and after school enrichment programs the first week of school.

Please note that the first day of school is the first day of care for any programs. Kindergarten children may have a different start date than grades one through six. Please check your school calendars for more information.

Fall Before/After School Registration Update

We are now accepting mail in registrations for the 20/21 school year. Follow the instructions below to get signed up. Registrations will be processed once our Corporate Office re-opens. Tuition fees will be available after the school districts have re-evaluated any changes to 20/21 school year calendars. Thank you.

How to Register

The following forms should be completed and submitted to our office at least two business days in advance of attending with us.

Parent Handbook 

Please complete each form to the best of your ability. If you are unsure of the days of attendance, please mark the days that your child will most likely be attending. When you have completed the forms please return them to the School Age Child Care Program Office (address is below) with the registration fee. The registration fee for the for the school year is $50 for one child or $75 for two or more children. Registrations may not be faxed.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you confirming your days of attendance, package choice and monthly payment. If any of the information has changed (phone numbers, days of attendance, package choice), please contact your Regional Child Care Office. Please note that payments are due on the first of the month.

Financial Assistance

Our goal is to make our programs and membership affordable for all. Based on available resources and sliding scale eligibility, the Y will not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay full fees. Assistance is made possible by generous donations to the Y's Annual Campaign.
