BODYPUMP™

This barbell workout is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit—fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. REV+FLOW by REFIT® 

This dynamic workout is easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW by REFIT® strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. LIFT & HIIT

BALLET FITNESS

This class increases range of motion, strength and flexibility using exercises based on a traditional ballet class. HIIT/ BOOTCAMP

POP PILATES

This is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body workout choreographed to the top hits. BARRE

The workout combines Ballet Barre, Pilates fundamentals and resistance training. GENTLE STRENGTH
