We strive to improve our community's health and well-being. Our facilities bring families closer together, encourage good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. As a result, millions of youth, adults and families are receiving the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for the spirit, mind and body.

PROGRAM OFFERINGS

Personal Training

Our certified trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals by designing programs to specifically meet your needs. They can help you create functional exercise routines, provide meal planning tips and nutrition guidance, demonstrate important techniques, build confidence and modify your workouts for maximum results.

Diabetes Prevention

This 12-month program, led by a trained lifestyle coach, is facilitated within a small group setting with fellow participants seeking similar goals in creating healthy lifestyle changes.

Inclusive Health Programs

Our goal is to provide an inclusive environment where all members are equally a part of our community, and we make it a priority to provide facilities, programs and services that are accessible to all. As our association grows, we are continually expanding our inclusive programming to better serve our members with disabilities.

Youth Programs

We believe all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. 

 

Fitness Camps

Do you need motivation to stick with your workout routine? Join a Fitness Camp team—led by one of our certified Personal Trainers—to push yourself and your team towards your goals.

Events & Activities

Being healthy is not simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. We are a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning programs, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities.

Equipment Orientation

Become acquainted with our facilities. In this program, we provide basic training and information needed to use our equipment safely and effectively. Specifically for our younger members, however, any new member is welcome for an orientation.
