MIND/ BODY CLASSES

Pilates

A unique blend of strength training and core conditioning—a perfect combination of exercises to strengthen your whole body set to vibrant music.

Yoga

A combination of strength, flexibility and balance exercises which focus on breath.

Gentle Yoga

This class is designed to safely lead you through gentle stretches and yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Blocks, straps and other props may be used to modify yoga poses. Students leave class feeling relaxed and renewed.

Tai Chi

A healing act that combines many martial arts movements with Qi (energy) circulation, breathing and stretching techniques.

Linda's Y Story

Your Tai Chi sessions are literally my lifesaver during my chemo treatments. I cannot do any other physical exercise (due to nausea, "inside body pain", dizzy, etc, etc, etc.) and I count on the physical benefit but ALSO the inner peace and sense of accomplishment letting me know that I still have some control over my body.
