Group Exercise

Let's Workout together

Group Exercise classes are a great way to meet people, boost your motivation and add variety to your workouts. Members can drop in to free Group Exercise classes at any time—work your heart and lungs, improve muscle strength, hit the dance floor, or focus on health for mind and body. All fitness levels are welcome.

Active Older Adults

Our Active Older Adults programs help seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle and engaged community. Our programs include healthy eating seminars, group fitness classes and events designed to promote mental agility, good health and independence. Programs are open to all ages. 

Cardiovascular

Get your heart rate up as you challenge yourself with new bench steps, barbells, and changing intervals. 

Cycling

Peddle your way into a healthier lifestyle. Join your instructor as they guide you through a controlled workout. 

High Intensity Interval Training

These intense interval workouts will get you moving and burn fat. 

Spirit, Mind & Body

Align your spirit, mind and body in these focused workouts. 

Strength Training

Cardiovascular conditioning combined with strength training is the best way to burn calories while maintaining lean body mass. You can achieve your fitness goals by boosting metabolism and improving the health of your heart and lungs.

Water Exercise

You can gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance from the aerobic choreography and the resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels & non-swimmers.

 We are the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits. Let's get stronger together, as a family.
