Performing cardio exercises like running or swimming regularly helps you burn calories and fat and even improves other aspects of your life. When you do cardio, you are conditioning your body to utilize its oxygen better, providing extra energy you can use throughout the day.

CARDIO CLASSES

CYCLE

Powerful music and dynamic, creative instructors keep motivation high. Positions include: seated where the hands are resting on the center of the handle bars, standing with hands are light on the handle bars and standing with the body extended over the handles.Cycle allows you to be in control of your resistance and pace. CYCLE AND CORE

A great cardiovascular strengthening and endurance workout that allows you to be in control of your resistance and pace. This 45-minute class combines cycle with core strengthening exercises designed to give you a well-rounded workout. Check the schedule to see which of our facilities offer this amazing class!

HIIT/ BOOTCAMP

High-Intensity Interval Training combines full-body resistance intervals, circuits, and functional movements to improve strength, endurance, cardiovascular, power, speed and agility. Check the schedule to see which of our facilities offer this amazing class!

CARDIO STRENGTH

Each class follows an interval format incorporating both Cardio and Strength exercises designed for any level; using a variety of equipment you can expect a different workout each time. Modifications will be provided throughout class to ensure each participant achieves their ideal workout goals. Check the schedule to see which of our facilities offer this amazing class!

CARDIO STRENGTH EXPRESS

Each class follows an interval format incorporating both Cardio and Strength exercises designed for any level; using a variety of equipment you can expect a different workout each time. Low impact and higher intensity options will be provided throughout class to ensure each participant achieves their ideal workout goals. LIFT & HIIT

ZUMBA® GOLD

Zumba® Gold is designed to meet the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. DANCE REMIX

In this class you don’t have to be a dancer to feel like one! Improve your mood, burn calories, work new muscles, and improve your rhythm and coordination with Dance Cardio Remix! No dance experience needed to feel the beat with this fun dance party! REFIT® | Dance Fitness
