About the event:
This 20-minute presentation dives into the causes and impacts of political polarization — from policy gridlock to strained personal relationships. We’ll explore social science research on how individuals and organizations can work across differences to create productive solutions and stronger communities.

Meet the presenter:
Bill Howe, board member of the nonprofit SAGE (Senior Advocates for Generational Equity), leads the SAGE Citizen Project, inspiring people to collaborate across political lines. Bill brings nearly 50 years of family law experience and has been a key voice in family court reform in Oregon.
