Improving Your Game
60 minutes of basketball skill development and speed, agility, and quickness training. Sessions will include a variety of basketball drills to keep oneself in game shape and to further develop speed and quickness in each player.
Athlete 201 & 301
For seasoned and advanced athletes to work on the fundamentals of speed, agility, and strength training and achieve peak performance. Athletes will build a solid foundation and train to become more explosive and dominating in their sport.
- Spectating and Masks
For your child's safety and per the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Government guidelines; 5 years and older will need to wear a face mask/covering at all times during workout. OHA does not recommend wearing a plastic face shield alone. Also, according to the OHA's Guidance for School Aged (K-12) Camps parents/guardians must remain outside of the camp facility. No spectating.
- Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available for YMCA evening programs. Applications must be submitted no later than one week before program start date. For more information on how to apply for financial assistance, visit our Financial Assistance Page.
- Cancellation/Withdraw Information
You may cancel your registration for a full credit if the request is received in writing (via email/mail) two weeks before the start date of the program. Cancellations made within the two-week window will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee with the remaining funds placed as a credit on your account that can be applied to any future YMCA program. All program-specific supply fees are fully non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided after the start date of the program.
