Everyone Deserves to Camp
We believe that every child deserves to come to camp. With that, we offer financial assistance to families who would otherwise not be able to afford to send their children to camp. Our financial assistance comes from the funds raised through our annual campaign and unspent camp store deposits. To apply please complete these necessary application forms and submit to:

Financial Assistance eligibility will be determined by the Executive Director or their designee, based on a review of the required documentation. The YMCA reserves the right to refuse assistance to any applicant.
Applications must be submitted, reviewed, and accepted one week prior to the start of the session. The evaluation process may take up to five to seven business days once the completed application and all required supporting documentation has been received. Incomplete applications will not be processed. You will be contacted by a member of the camp office staff to notify you of your scholarship award.
The maximum amount of financial assistance that can be granted is capped at 65% of the total cost of camp. If scholarship is accept before June 3rd a $50 deposit is require for camp registration. Acceptance after June 3rd requires total balance due at time of registration.
Financial assistance may be awarded for only one session of overnight camp, no more than three sessions of day camp or one family camp weekend.
