Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance Training 

Improve power, balance, footwork and performance in your sport. This class will be split into two parts: drills to work on speed, agility, and quickness and exercises to increase strength and power through weightlifting. Strength training is a key component to helping prevent injury while playing sports.

Wednesday | 1/9-2/13 | 6:30-7:30 PM | 6th-8th Grade  


High School (9th-12th by appointment - single or small group sessions available)
