Fall Youth Sports

Fall Youth Sports Leagues

Playing sports at the Y is about more than just the game. We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive sports to create an environment where youth gain new skills, develop friendships and connect with positive role models. Our experienced coaches take time to teach young players about teamwork, respect, honesty and responsibility.

Financial assistance is available for many of our youth sports programs. Please check with your location or program director as availability may vary.

Get involved, build community.

Parents are encouraged to be more than mere spectators, by contributing their time as a volunteer in the program—as well as being their kid's greatest fan.

Basketball

From building stronger skills to gaining self-confidence, basketball at the Y is about more than just the game, it is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Offered for Ages 3–18

Seasons run from Sept. 03–Nov. 16

Flag Football

Our recreational program is designed for youth new to the sport of football as well as those not quite ready for tackle football.

Offered for Grades K–6

Season runs from Sept. 23–Nov. 16

Indoor Soccer

We help youth become not only better soccer players, but better people as well. We encourage fair play, positive competition and team involvement.

Offered for Ages 3–11

Season runs from Sept. 14–Nov. 16

Swim Team

Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers' skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Workouts include endurance, speed and drill techniques, with a healthy dose of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Offered for Ages 6–18

Swim Team runs year round.

Volleyball

Bump, spike and volley at the YMCA! Youth are introduced to the fundamentals while emphasizing learning and teamwork over winning or losing.

Offered for Grades 3–8
