Staying Active 

Kids and Youth Fitness

Have fun with circuit training and games. Develop skills to increase strength, balance and cardio capacity through the art of play.

Ages 5-8, Fridays at 4 PM–4:30 PM in Studio D.

Ages 9-11, Tuesdays 4:45 PM–5:15 PM in Studio C. 

Children ages 5–8 are required to be checked in and out of class by a parent. 

Youth 9-11 are allowed on the Healthy Living Floor & Studio C for the class time only.

Parents are welcome and encouraged to join in the classes with their children.

Generation Pound

By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT - ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness.

Ages 5-8, Thursdays at 3 PM–3:30 PM in Studio D.

Ages 9-11, Thursdays 3:35 PM–4:05 PM in Studio D. 

Children ages 5–8 are required to be checked in and out of class by a parent. 

Parents are welcome and encouraged to join in the classes with their children.

Open Rock Climbing

Reach for new heights as a family during Open Climb. Open to any facility member 5 years and older. Climbers must wear athletic shoes or climbing shoes. All other equipment is provided.
