Practice Makes Perfect

Develop Speed, Agility, Quickness and overall strength, as you prepare to make the transition from recreational play to competitive sports. This program focuses on a gradual adaptation to competitive styles of play, and educates class participants on proper forms of conditioning and exercises to help prevent injury. Class sessions are taught by Personal Trainers and Collegiate level athletes.
