Plyometric/Yoga HIIT Camp
Join Caz for her special fitness camp where she combine her passions for yoga and movement to Accelerate, Stabilize and Strengthen your fitness at any level. Drive your inner athlete to build more strength, balance and flexibility. Please bring your yoga mat.
Caz had a passion for movement and fitness at a very young age. She first started teaching aerobics and over the years has pursued many certifications and is now a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a specialty in kids' and senior yoga focuses. She has appeared in over 7 Tai Chi videos.
Caz is certified Tai Chi instructor and a national instructor for the Tai Chi for Veterans Program. She was one of world's first to earn 2nd degree black belt in Nia (A mindful movement practice) She is also a certified Personal Trainer, with specialty trainings in Functional Aging, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss and Nutrition.
