Our Active Older Adults programs help seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle and engaged community. Our programs include healthy eating seminars and events designed to promote mental agility, good health and independence. Programs are open to all ages.

Providence experts offer an educational webinar on how to reduce your risk of falling. Learn how your medications, footwear and home environment can keep you safe and on your feet.  Enjoy a Tai Chi demonstration which is shown to reduce risks by 50%. Pre registration required.

Senior Wellness Faire

Our Senior Wellness Faire has been postponed until Sept. 2021

Senior Wellness Faire attendees learn about the opportunities that are available to help prevent disease and injury—improve and enhance the quality of your life. Find inspiration and motivation to be an advocate for your own health and dive into the positive perceptions of aging.
