Our Active Older Adults programs help seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle and engaged community. Our programs include healthy eating seminars, group fitness classes and events designed to promote mental agility, good health and independence. Programs are open to all ages. We offer a variety of classes such as Chair Yoga, Functional Fitness, Bible Study, Tai Chi and more.

AOA Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are one of many ways the Y supports active older adults in achieving their health and wellness goals. We offer a variety of class formats that focus on increasing stability, building strength and maintaining overall health.

Senior Wellness Faire
Our Senior Wellness Faire has been postponed until Sept. 2021.
Senior Wellness Faire attendees learn about the opportunities that are available to help prevent disease and injury—improve and enhance the quality of your life. Find inspiration and motivation to be an advocate for your own health and dive into the positive perceptions of aging.
