Y-Talks is a new program that offers the opportunity to learn more about a variety of topics that relate to our overall wellness.

Stress | A Deeper Dive

Join us for our first Y-Talks to learn more about how to manage stress and recognize what stress triggers are in order to claim a more balanced mind and body. Registration is recommended as space is limited. 

Pop-Up Computer Lab Series

Join us in our series of pop-up computer labs to learn how to confidently use the computer to enhance all areas of daily life.

Our next series is Internet fundamentals 101.
Learn about the basics of the internet in a light and interesting way. Bring your own laptop, or reserve one of ours. A reservation is required.
