Our Y has an amazing group fitness community that supports each other and has something for everyone! We have many offerings in cardio, dance, water fitness, mind and body, active older adult, specialty and strength. Classes are open to all levels whether you are a beginner or have been working out for years you will be challenged and supported. Group fitness classes are free for members.
