Deep H2O

A Typical Class

This deep water aerobics class has low impact on joints with a great cardiovascular workout. You may wear a floatation belt or us a noodle for support. This class is set to music.

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready for the pool
  • Proper swim attire is required, no basketball shorts, street cloths, etc.

Poolates

A Typical Class

Improve your core strength and balance with a Pilates/Yoga mix that also incorporates lower body resistance training. This class may be set to music.

Move-N-Groove

A Typical Class

This low impact, low intensity class allows participants with limited mobility to work on range of motion and light cardio while being gentle on joints. Workout and enjoy the upbeat music.

Silver Sneakers®  Splash

A Typical Class

Jump in for a fun low impact, shallow-water class that improves agility, flexibility and endurance. No swimming ability needed. A SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.
