Silver Sneakers®  Splash

A Typical Class

Jump in for a fun low impact, shallow-water class that improves agility, flexibility and endurance. No swimming ability needed. A SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready for the pool
  • Proper swim attire is required, no basketball shorts, street cloths, etc.
  • Towel, water bottle
Shallow Water Aerobics

A Typical Class

Fun exercise with motivating music. For strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility.

Deep Water Fitness

A Typical Class

This deep water aerobics class has low impact on joints with a great cardiovascular workout. You may wear a floatation belt or us a noodle for support. This class is set to music.
