Ballet Barre

A TYPICAL CLASS

This class increases range of motion, strength and flexibility using exercises based on a traditional ballet class. Low impact and great for very beginners through those with dance experience.

  • For ages 14+

ATTIRE AND WHAT TO BRING

  • Come to class dressed ready to move your body
  • Wear functional workout clothing
  • Ballet shoes preferred, socks are also acceptable

Dance Unlimited

A TYPICAL CLASS

This is not your ordinary dance class! In Dance Unlimited we learn line dances of all styles and genres. Everything from Hip-Hop, Pop, Latin, Jazz and Country to cool new styles from around the world.

Buti Yoga®

A TYPICAL CLASS

Tribal dance, plyometrics and dynamic yoga. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format set to motivating music.

A medically approved program for expecting or new mothers which focuses on stretching, muscle toning and aerobic activities.
