A Typical Class

Zumba® Gold is designed to meet the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It's a dance-fitness class set to zesty Latin music like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggeton.

This dance fitness workout borrows moves from the club with the intention of giving you fitness results. You'll get an hour of energizing cardio using great music from your favorite Pop and Hip Hop artists. Visual cueing is provided.
