Zumba® Gold | Dance Fitness

A Typical Class

Zumba® Gold is designed to meet the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It's a dance-fitness class set to zesty Latin music like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggeton.

Dance Remix

A Typical Class

In this class you don’t have to be a dancer to feel like one! Improve your mood, burn calories, work new muscles, and improve your rhythm and coordination with Dance Cardio Remix! No dance experience needed to feel the beat with this fun dance party! Burn calories while you have a blast dancing to a variety of music.

503 Cardio Groove | Dance Fitness

A Typical Class

This dance fitness workout borrows moves from the club with the intention of giving you fitness results. You'll get an hour of energizing cardio using great music from your favorite Pop and Hip Hop artists. Visual cueing is provided.

Ballet Barre

A Typical Class

This class increases range of motion, strength and flexibility using exercises based on a traditional ballet class. Low impact and great for very beginners through those with dance experience.
