Zumba® Gold | Dance Fitness

A Typical Class

Zumba® Gold is designed to meet the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It's a dance-fitness class set to zesty Latin music like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggeton.

A Typical Class

This cardio-based, athletic-style workout that combines HIIT and strength moves. This no weights class is designed to help you get fit fast. This is the most inclusive, inspiring and innovative class you'll ever do. We have a variety of alternate options to accommodate every fitness level.

A Typical Class

This dance fitness workout borrows moves from the club with the intention of giving you fitness results. You'll get an hour of energizing cardio using great music from your favorite Pop and Hip Hop artists. Visual cueing is provided.

Ballet Barre

This class increases range of motion, strength and flexibility using exercises based on a traditional ballet class. Low impact and great for very beginners through those with dance experience.

This is not your ordinary Line Dancing class! In Contemporary Line Dancing, we learn line dances of all styles and genres. Everything from Hip-Hop, Pop, Latin, Jazz and Country to cool new styles from around the world.
