Your heart is a muscle, and it needs daily exercise. The best way to exercise it—cardio. Short for cardiovascular exercise, cardio is any movement that increases your heart rate and boosts blood circulation in your body. And it is the cornerstone of any successful fitness plan.

Cycle allows you to be in control of your resistance and pace. The instructor will guide you through a variety of terrain to help challenge your endurance while having fun.

Dance Fitness

This may be a combination of styles and music depending on your instructor and class. Bring water and a sweat towel and come dance with us. We have many Dance Fitness classes that are offered with several times and instructors to choose from. A combination of strength and cardio exercises completed in eight intervals of 20 seconds of hard work and 10 of seconds recovery.
