To support physical distancing and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily limited certain programs, areas and equipment. Members can expect that we will revisit the return of some of these services over time as permitted by local and state health authorities.

Do I need to make a reservation to use the facility?

No, however, some areas do require reservations, and specific capacities for each functional area of our facilities have been established in order to ensure proper levels of physical distancing during your visit. Access will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability and provided that physical distancing protocols can be maintained. We ask that members limit their visit to 60 minutes or less so that we can serve more people in the community. 

Cleaning & Sanitization

We have increased our protocols for cleaning and sanitization, using products which have been proven to be effective against the COVID-19 virus. We have added additional cleaning staff on each floor. Frequent hand washing is recommended. Fitness studios and equipment will be cleaned before and after each use, and personal sanitization supplies (i.e., hand sanitizer) will be available throughout the facility. When you come into the facility please Sanitize upon entry or wash your hands. We ask that each member wipe down any equipment they use both before they use it and after they use it.

Physical Distancing

Protocols to ensure proper levels of physical distancing have been put in place throughout the facility in accordance with both state and local county guidelines. Additional staff will be on hand throughout the facility to assist members and ensure all protocols are followed. Please maintain 6 feet of distance at all times with the only exception being if you are with a family member.   


  • Bring your own ball (we may be able to check out a ball if staff are available).
  • No sharing of equipment.  Yes, this includes a ball.
  • No 1 on 1, group play, or group shooting is allowed.
  • Need to maintain 6 feet distance from others at all times (One person per hoop, exception for family members living together).

What can I expect when I check in?

Upon entry to the Y, our check-in staff will ask each member if they have experienced any COVID-related symptoms. Anyone experiencing these symptoms will not be allowed to enter our facilities. If you have any symptoms or signs of sickness, we ask that you please remain at home.  If you are healthy and would like to use the facility you will continue to use your card or phone app to scan in. Small lock box use is available to lock keys and small items and these are cleaned regularly.

Personal Protective Equipment 

Staff have been provided with personal protective equipment (e.g., non-surgical masks and disposable gloves) for use as needed in the course of their duties.  Members are expected to adhere to local guidelines and the recommendations of local county health officers, regarding the use of face coverings while in public.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

Yes,  you will need to wear a face covering while in the facility at all times and during your work out. In accordance with the updated state regulations.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please contact five business days before your draft date and they will assist you.

My account is on hold and I would like to use the facility. What do I do?

If your account is on hold and you would like to reactive simply come into the facility and scan in. Your scan will inform staff that you would like to resume activity. They will send a confirmation email to the primary account holder on your membership.

Can I create a membership online?

Yes, there will be no in-house memberships sign ups. Please sign up online.

Can I bring a guest? Do Nationwide memberships have access?

No, not at this time due to capacity requirements.
