Intervals of cardio, core and strength broken up until 3, 2 and 1 minute intervals. This fast paced high intensity workout combines cardio, strength, plyometric, agility and core in one great class.

Tabata Interval

A Typical Class

A class of intermittent strength and cardio exercises with a maximum repetitions for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. Repeating this for a total of eight cycles, lasting four minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn exercise plateaus and reach your goals.
