This is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body workout choreographed to the top hits. This mat-based workout challenges you to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.

A Typical Class

High-Intensity Interval Training combines full-body resistance intervals, circuits, and functional movements to improve strength, endurance, cardiovascular, power, speed and agility.

A Typical Class

A class of intermittent strength and cardio exercises with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. Repeating this for a total of eight cycles, lasting four minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn exercise plateaus and reach your goals.
