Flow Yoga

Free for Members

  • Drop-in class

  • Teens ages 14+ may attend 
  • 12 & 13 year olds may attend only after completion of the Youth Strength Training program

A Typical Class

Grow longer and stronger as you explore this journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Learn to synchronize breath with movement, awaken strength, energy and flexibility in a supportive atmosphere.

Power Yoga

A Typical Class

A dynamic combination of strength and flow, this alignment-based class incorporates creative Vinyasa yoga sequences, static holds, core work and pranayama. Be prepared to move, sweat and leave feeling uplifted. All fitness levels are welcome.

Chair Yoga

A Typical Class

Chair support is used to move your body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses to help your range of motion and balance. Relaxation and breathing exercises will end the class to aid in reducing stress and clearing the mind.
