Let's Workout together
Group exercise classes are a great way to meet people, boost your motivation and add variety to your workouts. Members can drop in to free group exercise classes at any time—work your heart and lungs, improve muscle strength, hit the dance floor, or focus on health for mind and body. All fitness levels are welcome.
Group exercise classes are for ages 14 and up. Members ages 12–13 who have completed Youth Strength Training may attend classes with a parent or guardian.
