Sports Performance Training
Improve power, balance, footwork and performance in your sport. This class will be split into two parts: drills to work on speed, agility, and quickness and exercises to increase strength and power through weightlifting. Strength training is a key component to helping prevent injury while playing sports.

2019 Spring Training | $150 (six weeks)
Increase your vertical jump, speed and first step quickness using Vertimax. 30 minute sessions are designed to meet your performance goals.
