Our certified trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals by designing programs to specifically meet your needs. Packages are available in 30 or 60 minute sessions. 

Youth Strength Training

This training is designed to teach youth ages 12–13 how to safely use exercise equipment at the Y, in the Healthy Living department. At the end of the program, youth will be allowed to use equipment with a parent or guardian. Schedule today!
