Keep Your Heart Healthy

Your heart is a muscle, and it needs daily exercise. The best way to exercise it—cardio. Short for cardiovascular exercise, cardio is any movement that increases your heart rate and boosts blood circulation in your body. And it is the cornerstone of any successful fitness plan.

  • Drop-in Class
  • No registration required
  • Kids ages 12 – 13 may attend with a parent or guardian
  • Teens age 14+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult

A Typical Class

Powerful music and dynamic, creative instructors keep motivation high. Positions include: seated where the hands are resting on the center of the handle bars, standing with hands are light on the handle bars and standing with the body extended over the handles.

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
  • Water, towel
Cardio Strength | Low Impact

Free For Members

  • Level: Beginning/Intermediate
  • Drop-in Class

  • Teens age 14+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult

A Typical Class

Each class follows an interval format incorporating both Cardio and Strength exercises designed for any level; using a variety of equipment you can expect a different workout each time. Modifications will be provided throughout class to ensure each participant achieves their ideal workout goals.

Low impact and higher intensity options will be provided throughout class to ensure each participant achieves their ideal workout goals. Express class is offers members the ability to leave early, start in the middle or stay for the whole class.
