AARP Medicare Reimbursement
If you have an AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan insured by United Healthcare, you may be eligible for a special program and receive 50% off of your membership rate here at the Y. The Renew Active Program is offered by United Healthcare Insurance. It provides eligible members access to a participating location at no cost. All eligible members will have access to all the services and privileges that are part of membership.
Silver & Fit
A program designed to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver & Fit provide eligible members with no-cost or low-cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans. Silver & Fit is provided by American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc. a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated.

Silver Sneakers Fitness Program
The nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. It is a unique blend of physical activity and socially oriented programming that enables members to take greater control of their health. Silver Sneakers reduces the barriers to exercise, promotes social interaction and encourages healthy lifestyle activities. Medicare-eligible individuals with select Medicare supplemental insurance are eligible to enroll in the Silver Sneakers Program at the YMCA.
