Tai Chi for Beginners

Serenity and Strength

Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese movements used to improve health. Over the course of six weeks, you will learn various Tai Chi movements that will prepare you to join a Tai Chi class. This class is also good if you would like to work on improving your Tai Chi practice.
