Maintaining Your Health For Years
In May we will be offering a new specialty boot camp based on Corrective Exercise. If you want to learn to live with less stiffness, pain and greater range of motion then this camp is for you. During this camp, assessments are conducted to each participant to ascertain what muscles are tight and what ones are weak. Based on those assessments, instructors will create specific stretching and strengthening programs.
