Learn how to best manage and prevent exercise low blood sugars.

It can be easy to miss the warning signs of low blood sugar when you're working out. Or you can mistake them for signs of a good workout: the same as sweating, fast heartbeat, feeling tired, and getting hungry

Join us for this informative presentation by our YMCA member Teresa Grove who has 35 years experience as a Registered Nurse and has her Doctoral Degree in Education.

This is a free program for members and non members.  Coffee and snacks will be provided or you can bring a lunch to enjoy while you listen, learn and discuss.

Non members should arrive early to sign in and must have a valid ID.
