Kick Start Your New Health Routine

Join us for our free Launch Party where we will host several exciting exercise programs. Come try out Les Mills' BODYPUMP™ and BODYFLOW™. Come down to the basketball courts and workout with us.

Fitness Schedule

  • BODYPUMP™ will begin at 9 AM
  • INSANITY® LIVE until 10:15 AM
  • BODYFLOW™ will run until 11:30 AM.

Our four awesome BODYPUMP™ instructors will be Melissa, Annie Kelly and Jodie. The INSANITY® LIVE demo instructor is Shelby and the BODYFLOW™ instructors will be Ryan and Jodie.

About These Programs

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories.

BODYFLOW™  is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout to challenge your mind and body. 

INSANITY® LIVE is extreme cardio conditioning for every fitness level. Together, you'll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed—without lifting a single weight.
