Yoga is much more than a series of poses and physical postures. It is a way of living and being that encourages an inner dialogue full of compassion and a world and life view that upholds truth land administers respect for all living beings.
In this workshop we will be exploring how the use of hand gestures, sound and different forms of breath work can influence one's mind, body and awareness in a way that supports personal growth and healing.
Most of our time will be spent well connected to the earth either in a seated, horizontal or supported position. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience necessary.
