Lodging Rates

Lodging rates are based on your group size and how many nights you will be staying with us. If your group exceeds the capacity for a village we invite you to complete a Customer Request Form or contact the Group Services Director to obtain rate and availability information for your large group.

Programming & Camp Staff Rates

  • Staff rates are per day—minimum of four hours—available from 9 AM–12 PM, 1 PM–5 PM and 7 PM–9 PM.
  • Some activities are not available in the evening depending on daylight
  • Pricing is based on number of staff needed for each activity, schedule arrangement, program area capacity and ratio for safe instruction.

Challenge Course—Site Use Fee

The Site Use Fee is waived for retreat groups purchasing lodging and meeting space. Rates include an indoor meeting space, if space is available. Meeting space rates will apply for groups preparing own meals or for programming outside of planned program time.

Regular Group Rates—may be non-profit or for-profit

Groups up to 75 people $9 per person
Groups of 76–150 people $6 per person
Groups over 150 people $4.50 per person

School Group Rates–school groups K–12, public or private

Groups up to 75 people $6 per person
Groups of 76–150 people $4.50 per person
Groups over 150 people $3 per person

Synergo

We utilize Synergo's services on the professional challenge course. Contact Synergo to discuss program objectives, pricing and scheduling at 503.452.9451. Rates include an indoor meeting space for Synergo program only, if space is available. Meeting space rates will apply for groups preparing own meals or for programming outside of planned Synergo time.

Exclusive Use Policy

We do offer an opportunity for exclusive use of camp property and facilities when scheduling allows. The interested group being the only event at camp on those particular dates of interest defines exclusive use of camp. In order to qualify for exclusive use of camp the group must either have a minimum participant attendance of 200 people—two-thirds of camp capacity—or pay for the difference between actual attendance and exclusive use minimum—200 people—in lodging and meeting space costs. No exclusive use of camp is implied unless specified on the group’s contract.
