Holiday Basketball Camps
Whatever your skill level, we've got a basketball program for you this winter break.
Time: 9 AM–3 PM
YMCA Holiday Basketball Camp features our foundational level where participants work on basic fundamentals to their game. Players will develop stronger basketball terminology, ball handling/footwork, shooting/passing, defense/footwork, and playing games. Players will be required to bring indoor athletic shoes, water bottle, a snack and a lunch. The Y will have some basketballs to provide participants but if they have their own preferred basketball, please bring it! Below is the outline to the camp week.
YMCA Holiday Advanced Basketball Camp features our premier level where participants work on enhancing pre-established fundamentals to their game. Players will be pushed a bit harder than foundational level while performing both basic drills and more complex drills/skills (i.e. agility ladder w/ ball, combination attack moves, etc.). This is a great opportunity to get a ton of basketball reps in over the holiday break!

9:30 AM–11 AM (drills/skills)
11 AM–11:15 AM (snack)
11:15 AM–12:15 PM (drills/skills)
12:15 PM–12:45 PM (lunch)
12:45 PM–1 PM (free shoot)
1 PM–2:30 PM (drills/skills)
2:30 PM–3 PM (games)
