Welcome to the weekend and the month of May! Check out our YMCA app, where we are running a workout challenge during the month of May. Also, take part in the pantry challenge from Silver Sneakers. It has some great tips on how to eat from the food you already have in your house. Have a great weekend. 

Workouts and Challenges through YMCA App
Have you downloaded the YMCA app? Did you know that you can create your own workout and log it in the app as well? If you do not want to create your own, select from one of the pre-programmed workouts posted. Also, through the app, we are going to be running a 20-workout challenge. Log 20 workouts in May through the app to be entered into a drawing for a prize. Any workout is eligible for the challenge, for example, virtual workouts from our website or workouts you create or find in the app. Find your workout and let’s get moving!
