10 Knee Circles each direction

Workout 
15 | 2 Phase Squat (Squat, Pulse, Up)
10 | Lunge Back Right Leg
10 | Lunge Back Left Leg
10 | Pushups (toes, knees or wall)
30 Seconds Each Side | Side Plank Hold
30 Seconds | Plank Hold
***Repeat 2-3 times
