  • Reverse Lunges | Switching leg each time
  • 1 Push Up (on toes or knees) followed by 4 mountain climbers 
  • Single-Leg Squats | Around the Clock - Touch your toe at Noon, 3 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM  
  • Plank
